This past Sunday, September 14, 2014, LIOLLIO Architecture team Geoff Mohney, Seth Cantley and Rick Bousquet (featured above) competed in the Asheville Duathlon held on the Biltmore Estate near Antler Hill Village. The Duathlon was composed of 3 legs like a triathlon but comprised of a run-bike-run format. Rick Bousquet ran the first leg, a 5k. on paved trails. The second leg was a 10 mile mountain bike ride completed by Geoff Mohney. The final leg was a 5k run along gravel roads and single-track trails in the woods completed by Seth Cantley. GO TEAM!
